Technical Director and Head Coach

Emma Mailman is the Technical Director for Soccer Asylum. She is also the head coach for the girls’ varsity soccer team at Wachusett Regional High School.

Emma has a wealth of experience as a player and a coach. She was an assistant coach at Assumption University, where she also played as a midfielder and a defender. She was named captain for the 2019 season and earned Northeast-10 All-Conference Third-Team honors. She appeared in 14 games with 14 starts and scored two goals and two assists that year. 

Prior to Assumption, Emma played soccer and ran indoor track at Wachusett Regional High School. She won the New England Regionals and the Massachusetts State Cup in 2016 for NEFC, a premier soccer club. She was the All-Conference MVP, a district All-Star, a Telegram and Gazette All-Star, and was named All-State. She was a team captain in high school and an eight-year captain for her Liverpool club team.

Emma is passionate about soccer and loves to share her knowledge and skills with the next generation of players.
