SPIN class combines a foundation of basic cycling, motivational coaching techniques and breathing awareness. It is a great cardiovascular workout. You’ll be on indoor bikes with great music, a good atmosphere and lots of energy to help you make the most out of your workout.

Similar to our SPIN class; however, this class is a combination class where your typical Spin/cycling meets strength training. You’ll be pairing the cycling with weights, bands & floor exercises.

Boot camp is designed to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises. This class offers versatility, each class can offer different movements and incorporate different types of equipment.

This class is designed to target the body’s core muscles and help you maintain a good foundation. Core Focus class will help you supplement your other exercise routines as well as give you a good base to start gaining strength.

Class focused on strength, coordination, muscle endurance. The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use every day at home, work or during sports.

Pilates class focuses on stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Suitable for all levels of yoga enthusiasts. Designed to improve flexibility, strength and
balance; this class will allow you to begin or end your day with healing intentions.

Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise! Dance fitness classes aren’t just great for cardiovascular health, you’ll also tone your muscles and improve balance and flexibility.
