Senior Trainer & Instructor
Fitness has been a major part of my life as long as I can remember. From strength training in high school to competing as an amateur fitness competitor in the WNBF in my 40’s. I became a Personal Trainer back in 2011 after completing an intense 6-month program at the National Personal Training Institute. My coaching experience includes one on one and small group training, Specialty classes and all group classes for all ages and levels such as Boot Camp, HIIT, and Tabata style classes.
