Biography

Youth:
I grew up playing soccer from as early as I can remember. Just down the road in Oxford, MA, I spent most of my childhood developing at 5 Star Academy under Coach Matt. During this time, I primarily played as a defender, building a strong foundation in the game and learning the importance of discipline and positioning.

High School:
In 8th grade, I moved to Woodstock, CT to attend Woodstock Academy, seeking stronger opportunities both academically and athletically. I earned a spot on the varsity team for three of my four years. During those seasons, we won two Eastern Connecticut Conference Region III championships, including an undefeated season in my senior year. I was honored to serve as team captain and was named Class L All-State. It was also during this time that I transitioned into a more offensive role, expanding my versatility on the field.

College:
After high school, I was unsure if I wanted to continue playing soccer, but I knew I wanted to pursue my education and give myself more time to figure out my long-term goals. I chose Emmanuel College in Boston, a Division III program, and decided to walk on to the team during my freshman year. Making the team was just the beginning. It took time to earn minutes, but through consistent hard work and determination, I steadily worked my way up the roster and earned a starting position by my sophomore year. I strongly believe that hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard and to never give up. My journey has given me firsthand experience in what it takes to climb the ladder of success, and I carry that mindset with me in everything I do.
