Biography

Zumba classes take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class I have been teaching Zumba for 13 years and enjoy every single class. What I love most about Zumba is that it does not feel like exercise- It’s more like a party!

My classes offer the undeniable fun of sweating it out to a mix of Latin beats and hip hop favorites in a judgment free zone. You do not need to have a dance background to enjoy Zumba and it is appropriate for all levels of fitness.
